If you are a member of any other swingers club or adult social club and they do not offer something that you would like to do or try please feel free to let us know.

We will see if it is something we might be able to add.

We will have a meet and greet for the cost of $40 per couple

Single males must be with a couple (m/f/m) for $30 per single male

Couples bringing single ladies  The single lady is FREE

All of the bottled water, soft drinks, food, condoms, lubes, and wipes are free.

Nudity and sex is allowed anywhere at anytime,  (Accept the kitchen area)

1 room for meet & greet

We are hoping to have at least 2 rooms for fun -with full bathrooms for showering after.

 Motel on site for private fun at a discounted rate of $70 per room

NO means NO - If someone tells you no to something then respect their wishes and stop doing what they asked you to stop doing.

Do not touch anyone without asking - There are often naked people walking around or having sex all over the place. If you see someone that you would like to play with you must ask first, DO NOT walk up to someone and just start touching them without asking first. Just because someone is naked and dancing for you does not mean that they want to be touched.

If a couple is having sex, ask first, if it is okay to touch or play with them. DO NOT just start rubbing on someone or sticking your fingers, placing your hands, where they do not belong.

No still, video or digital cameras are allowed. - We respect everyone's right to privacy and want to safeguard your identity. We do not take pictures of anyone and we do not allow cameras inside the building. We also ask that no one use their cell phone camera to take pictures with. If we see anyone taking pictures with their cell phone we will ask you to delete the picture you took and to not take any more pictures.
