Tie a loose loop about 6" from one end.
Pull as much of the foreskin over the end of the penis as possible. It
helps
if it is not too excited at this point!
Place the loop over the foreskin and pull quite tight, then knot 2 or 3
times to secure, it really doesn't hurt. Keep the knot on the upper surface
closest to the body.
Take the longest end of the cord and pull the penis down to the left and
take the cord around the base of the penis a couple of times, with the
balls
on the outside of it.
Hold both ends of the cord and pull up the shortest one so that the penis
is
back in an upright position. Now tie the 2 ends together. This is best in a
bow for more easy release later.

Take a length of cord about 18" long. I used the drawstring from a "Next"
